Morning, afternoon, or evening? Coach, business, or first? Aisle or window? (Or middle? Seriously?!). When it’s time to book your travel plans, DriftPilot will afford you full customization at your fingertips, and can hold your preferences for future use. Of course, flights are not all that you can book; if you need packages covering all of your travel needs, we’ve got you covered.

Organize and track your itinerary for current and future trips.
DriftPilot will store and sort your plans as you book them, so you no longer have to worry about taking the additional step of writing down your plans elsewhere. We keep your travel history so that you can download and repurpose that data in the future however you please.

Don’t get blindsided by developments beyond your control.
Whether it’s a traffic buildup, plane delay, or snow storm we’ll let you know about developments that are relevant to your trip so that you can adjust your plans accordingly.

This all goes on your company’s tab, right?
DriftPilot makes managing expenses simple. Upload your receipts into the app – that’s pretty much it. Your accounting department should get it from there. You can then track the reimbursement, so that you know if payment is waiting approval or on its way (or – gasp! – rejected for some reason).

Need a travel policy? Sure thing.
It can be a bit of a pain to craft a travel policy that provides structure and coherence for your team. Let’s work on that together. Just answer a simple questionnaire so that we can understand your needs, and we’ll provide what will either be a final policy for release, or a draft that will need a little tweaking per your additional input.

Manage everyone and everything.
Assign someone as the travel manager to oversee all of the employees on the DriftPilot app, so that you can be sure that they are collectively using both us and their expense budgets appropriately. It’s basically a control room. With this and other features, DriftPilot is sure to help you strike an optimal balance between affording your team the necessary freedom and consulting members when necessary.
